Here is our suggestion on how to use our Journeys collections:
- Decide what session you'd like to start with.
- Listen to that session every night for a week or until you feel you’ve made progress.
- After a week (or earlier if you’re feeling better) move onto the next session.
For some people, it just takes one session with a hypnosis download to instantly change their behaviour. But for most, it takes more than one go, which is why we recommended you listen to the session every night for a week.
You can listen to the sessions in any order you like.
Please keep in mind that there is no single recommended routine or process for listening to our sessions, and different schedules will work for different people, so it's worth keeping an open mind and experimenting to find what works best for you.
