There are two ways you can change your password:
Method 1 - if you have your existing log in details handy
- Log in to your account with your existing details
- Go to My Profile
- Laptop or PC - you'll find My Profile in the right-hand menu of your home page or under Member's Zone in the menu bar towards the top right of any page
- Phone or tablet - you'll find it under Menu (top-right) > Member Zone
- Click Edit my account details
- Enter your new password in both the Password and Confirm password boxes
- Click Save changes
- You'll be taken back to your My Profile page and you'll see a green box with the message 'Your profile has been updated' which means your new password has been changed successfully.
Method 2 - if you're not sure of your existing password
- Go to this page and enter your email address (please make sure you enter the same email address you used when placing your order)
- Tick the 'I'm not a robot' box
- Check your email for your password reset email (if it's not in your inbox, please check your junk/spam/promotions folder)
- Click or tap the link in the password reset email and enter a new password.
